I started Feel Worthy because I needed it, and I had a feeling I wasn’t the only one.

Some days, all you can offer yourself is grace. I’ve had bad days, made mistakes, fallen short, and I continue to, but somewhere along the way, I’ve learned that none of that makes you less worthy of kindness, comfort, or care.

Feel Worthy started as a reminder to myself, and it continues to be. I hope it is for you too.

Everything we make is a love letter to those feelings. The messy ones, the joyful ones, the ones you can’t quite name. Whatever you’re feeling, you deserve to feel worthy, because you are.
