Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping throughout India! Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders domestic orders.

Note for Partial COD Orders - Do not pay the balance amount from the Customer Order page as the balance amount is suppose to be collected by the delivery agent at the time of handover of product. 

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier  and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2-7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of companies the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

Partial COD Orders:

Please do not pay the remaining balance through the Shopify Customer Order page.

For Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the balance amount must be paid directly to the delivery agent at the time of product handover.

If you have accidentally paid the balance amount online on our website, please don’t worry. After receiving your product and completing the COD payment with the delivery agent, kindly share.

Delivery Information:

Feelworthy strives to deliver your products within the specified time frame noted at the time of purchase. Feel Worthy is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the consignment is handed over to the courier company or postal authorities on time. However, please note that we do not guarantee delivery within that period. In the event of a delay, the contract remains valid and cannot be repudiated.

If there are three failed delivery attempts, Feelworthy reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs at our discretion.

Typically, our delivery time is 7-14 days. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Feelworthy offers international shipping to select countries.

Delivery duties and fees vary depending on the destination. For inquiries about international shipping availability, please contact us at support@feelworthy.in.

All international orders are shipped via ShipGlobal. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include the standard order processing period.

Packaging Information:

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally, packages may be damaged during transit. If your package arrives with minor damage, such as a torn or dented cover/box, please be assured that the product inside is still in good condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping and handling.
