Refund policy

 

At Feelworthy, we take great care in crafting our products for your comfort and satisfaction.

Faulty / Missing Product Claim Policy

Claims for faulty, damaged or missing items will be accepted only with a complete first time unboxing video showing the sealed package and opening process.
Without a valid unboxing video, no claim can be approved.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as per policy.

Returns :

You may return items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 2 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@feelworthy.in with your order number, details, and reason for return. 

All orders can be returned with a chargeable fee of ₹ 250. Once item(s) are received and inspected, you will receive a store credit of the amount deducting the shipping and return charges.  Please allow for 6-8 business days to be reflected on your Feel Worthy account. Please note no cash/online refund will be issued.

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a store credit will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Please note that there is no return/refund possible for Tote bags,Feelings Jar and Stationary items unless the product is received with a visible damage/defect and an unboxing video is provided showing the same.

Exchanges :

At this time no exchange requests are accepted. You may return the product and place a new order.

Undelivered Orders :

For all prepaid orders that return to us undelivered despite multiple delivery attempts, a ₹250 return handling charge will be deducted when issuing a refund.
This charge covers:

  • Two-way courier fees
  • Packaging and processing
  • Return handling and restocking effort

Refund After Deduction

Once the returned order reaches our warehouse and is verified, the refund (order value minus ₹250) will be processed in the form of store credit to your Feel Worthy account. Note: Store credit never expires.

During Sale :

No Return and Exchange is accepted. (Check your size carefully)

Cancellations:

  •        You can cancel your order within 1 day of placing order.
  •         No cancellation requests will be accepted after product has been shipped.
