If something doesn’t feel right, you can return items within 2 days of receiving your order as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with the tag still attached. A return fee of ₹250 applies, and your refund will be issued as store credit. We don’t offer cash or online refunds at this time. As for exchanges, we don’t offer them right now but you’re welcome to return and place a fresh order. Please note that tote bags, Feelings Jars, and stationery items are non-returnable unless they arrive visibly damaged, in which case an unboxing video is required.
