Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love what you get! If something doesn’t feel right, you can return items within 2 days of receiving your order as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with the tag still attached. A return fee of ₹250 applies, and your refund will be issued as store credit. We don’t offer cash or online refunds at this time. As for exchanges, we don’t offer them right now but you’re welcome to return and place a fresh order. Please note that tote bags, Feelings Jars, and stationery items are non-returnable unless they arrive visibly damaged, in which case an unboxing video is required.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours to a week’s time. Delivery usually takes anywhere between 2–10 days, though this can vary depending on your PIN code and local conditions in your area. For any specific queries, drop us a line at support@feelworthy.in.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just make sure to reach out before it’s shipped, as we’re unable to accept cancellation requests once your order is on its way to you.
Do you offer free shipping?
